This course on Corporate & Business Laws consists of 25 live classes, each 1.2 hours long, offering an in-depth understanding of Corporate and Business Laws in Bangladesh. The aim of this course is to assist students pass LT 125 – Corporate & Business Laws in CMA September 2024 exam.

The first six classes cover the Companies Act 1994, focusing on company formation, management, and compliance requirements. Two classes then explore the Financial Reporting Act 2015, emphasizing standards for financial transparency and accountability.

Next, the Bank Company Act 1991 (amended 2013) is examined in two classes, detailing banking regulations and corporate governance. The Financial Institutions Act 1993 is covered in two classes, highlighting the legal framework for non-banking financial institutions.
