1.0 When to Claim Refund

After purchasing a course, if the learner is not satisfied with the quality of the course purchased or due to technical reasons the course is not working, the user can ask for refund.

 

2.0 Eligibility for Refund Request

2.1 Recorded Courses: You can request a refund within 24 hours of your payment. In addition, for recorded courses, you will only have the option to request a refund provided that you have not completed more than 5% of the course.

 

2.2 Live Courses: If the live course is canceled for any reason before the date, all participants will be refunded 100% of the paid amount within 7-14 working days of the cancellation date. If a learner wants to cancel the booking after the payment, he/she will have to notify the Analyst Skill team for cancellation before at least 1 day of the scheduled starting day of the course and the learner will be refunded the full amount within 7-14 working days from placement of notification of cancellation.

 

3.0 Steps to Refund Request

3.1. Go to individual course page that you have purchased and want to request a refund.

3.2. You will find WhatsApp logo on that page below the course preview and Buy Now option.

3.3. Click on the WhatsApp logo and write your message stating the email address you have used to sign up and purchase the course.

3.4. Our representative will reply to your message.

3.5. You need the state the reason why you want a refund with proper justification.

3.6. Refund requests are only considered if eligibilities for refunds mentioned section 2.0 are fulfilled.

3.7. Refunds shall be made through banking / mobile banking channels within 7-14 working days of successful processing and approval of the refund request by Analyst Skill team.

3.8. This confirmation will be emailed to the user.

 

 

4.0 Ineligibility of Refunds

4.1 If the course is purchase before 24 hours of the refund requests.

4.2 In case of recorded courses, if you complete more than 5% of the course videos.

4.3 When you request a refund, the refund process will be in progress. Therefore, if you complete an activity (play a video, try a quiz or test, download materials of the specific course) and proceed with the course, you will not be eligible for a refund request.

4.4 In case of live courses, if you do not request a refund 1 day before the class starts.

 

5.0 Cases for Which Refund is Applicable?

5.1 If course materials do not cover everything mentioned in the course description.

5.2 If the purchases mistakenly purchase a live course instead of a recorded course or vice versa.

5.3 In case of a wrong purchase, a transfer to another course is possible.

5.4 If the new course fee is less than the old course fee, the purchaser will get refund the remaining balance by any preferred method within 7-14 working days.

5.5 If the new course fee is higher than the old course fee, the purchase will need to pay the remaining balance by any preferred method before the transfer is initiated.

 

 

6.0 Post Refund Request Issues

6.1 After a refund request is made and successfully initiated from our end, your course for which you have requested a refund will be deleted from your profile.

6.2 It can take up to 7-14 working days for funds to return to your account after a requested refund. 6.3 If it has been longer than 14 working days, please call +8801876932488 (10 AM - 6 PM).

6.4 Once the refund has been done, you will receive a confirmation email/ SMS to your registered e-mail/phone number.

6.5 Analyst Skill has the full authority to change the T&C from time to time and case by case scenario.
